Uptime bars come from automatic checks every 5 minutes. Hover a bar for its day.
Checks run every 5 minutes from one region. A failed check counts as downtime. After 3 failed checks in a row, a second region checks the site: if it is down there too, an incident opens; if it is up there, those failed checks are treated as a network problem on our side and are not counted (no incident opens). During a scheduled maintenance window, checks of the affected components are paused: no incident opens and that time is not counted as downtime.
Mean response time of the successful checks, per day (UTC). Failed checks and maintenance windows are not included.
